This is a ONE Year (12 months) Payment Commitment to receive the BIGGEST SAVINGS!!

If you fail to pay or cancel your subscription before your full year commitment is completed, you will be required to pay regular FULL session pricing for all sessions attended.

You will not be able to participate further in sessions, until all fees are paid up to date.

As a consequence of your lack of follow-through and negligence of agreed upon Financial Commitment and Savings provided, you will also voluntarily agree to pay full session pricing for the following year, if you wish to participate in CBC Programming. Missing out on the opportunity to SAVE, until trust is re-established.

You and your child(ren) will NOT be able to participate in another CBC program, until all debts are paid in FULL.

This is a Small-Local Business, so as much as we like to assist families by making programs accessible and affordable, we also are responsible for delivering the highest quality of care and integrity amongst all participants.
