Your Athlete's 12 week program will include:

  • Group sessions

    • Ages 5-8

      • 30 - 45 Minutes (2x/week)

    • Ages 9-12

      • 45min - 1 hr (3x week)

  • trained coaching

    • Degree-Certified

    • CPR Certified

  • introductory Skills

    • SERVE, Pass, Set, Hit

    • Potential Scrimmages

      • weeks 9- 12

        • *depending on Skills

Mondays & Wednesdays

6:00-6:30pm ( 5 & 6 Beginners)

6:45pm-7:45pm

or

7:30 - 8:30/8:45pm

or

Tuesdays & Thursdays

7:30pm-8:30/8:45pm

EVERYONE on Fridays 6:45pm-7:45/8pm
