MELISSA'S STORY

I was so embarrassed.

In October of 2020 I was trying to find my way back from losing my business in April that year to the effects of the pandemic. I was charging every course I could to my credit cards trying to find that "magic answer". I wasn't able to find it but I did find 5 figures worth of debt. During this time my marriage had fallen into a state of crumbs that we were half heartedly trying to hold together.

The morning of October 3rd I found myself handing my 2 year old to my 18 year old and locking myself in the bathroom to call the Suicide Hotline. For 45 minutes I ugly cried and sobbed while the amazing woman on the other end let me know I wasn't alone. That I wasn't a failure.

That call changed everything. It wasn't an immediate turnaround but it was the answer. I changed EVERYTHING about my business. I took all of my life experience, tragedy, trauma, happiness and healing and created a business that helped other women to help other women! I started helping women write Best Selling books.

But I STILL wasn't being honest

Deep down inside I knew that NOT sharing my story about that day in October
