This is a Closed Camp/Clinic, only ACTIVE paid players/participants allowed in Facility to Enhance and Support Player's Focus & Development.

We are encouraging at least one Parent (adult support) to Join their Player to learn alongside them.

Injury Prevention, Overhand Serving Skill Development

5:00pm Passing & Setting Skill Development, Strength Training,

Review Simple Home-Workouts

5:30-6:00pm Cool Down & Camp Reflection
